What to prepare before building a report
Collect the information and files that make report preparation faster and more accurate.

Student and OJT details
- Student names for an individual or group report.
- Course or programme, academic department, campus, and submission month.
- Supervisor, department chair, and campus administrator names.
- Training place, start and end dates, total hours, weekly schedule, and notes.
Company information
- Background and official address.
- Vision, mission, goals, and objectives.
- Overall organisational structure.
- Official pages or PDFs that support the facts you plan to use.
Use official sources
Prefer the organisation’s own contact, about, mission, services, or organisational pages over third-party summaries.
Weekly records
- Week number or date range.
- Tasks, accomplishments, tools used, meetings, and learning experiences.
- Enough detail to explain what actually happened instead of listing only task names.
- Separate records for each student in a group report.
Documents and images
- A sample report for Premium writing guidance, when available.
- A DOCX narrative template containing supported placeholders.
- Location, organisational chart, facility, equipment, task, and appendix images.
- Reference details and final page-number information.
