Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and John Paul Naag, the individual operator of LikhaDocs. By creating an account, agreeing to a current version of these Terms, or purchasing a paid product, you agree to follow them.

LikhaDocs is currently operated personally by John Paul Naag from Trece Martires City, Cavite, Philippines. It is not yet registered as a separate business entity. The service may update its operator or registration details in the future, with notice where required.

The Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is processed.

LikhaDocs is designed primarily for college students and other users preparing academic or internship reports. Users below 18 years old may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A paid purchase made by a minor must be authorised by a parent or legal guardian.

LikhaDocs does not currently collect birth dates or independently verify age. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use the service is responsible for supervising the account and the information submitted through it.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your email account, password, and connected Google login secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

• Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account.
• Do not use another person’s identity or email without permission.
• Notify support if you believe your account or payment record has been compromised.
• Keep recovery links and authentication codes confidential.

LikhaDocs provides tools for organising weekly reports, preparing narrative-report content, filling supported Word templates, managing references and supporting files, and—when available under the user’s plan—requesting AI assistance.

A generated or prepared document is a starting point for the user’s final review. LikhaDocs does not guarantee acceptance by a school, adviser, employer, government office, or other organisation. Requirements may differ by institution and can change without notice to LikhaDocs.

Feature availability depends on the current Basic, Classic, or Premium rules shown on the Pricing and Billing pages. Basic may include saved-report and export limits. Classic provides the complete non-AI workflow. Premium includes Classic features plus eligible AI and research tools.

Paid access is a manually renewable, one-calendar-month pass unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. LikhaDocs does not currently charge an automatic recurring subscription. AI credits, daily attempts, pack attempts, Smart Research uses, upload limits, rate limits, and other safeguards may be applied separately.

Current prices, included quantities, expiration dates, and eligibility rules displayed during checkout form part of the purchase terms. LikhaDocs may change future prices or limits, but a completed purchase will be handled according to the terms shown for that purchase, subject to applicable law.

Paid products are purchased through PayMongo Hosted Checkout using the payment methods shown at checkout. Any provider fee and the final payable amount are displayed before payment. Access is activated after LikhaDocs receives and verifies payment confirmation; returning to a success page by itself does not grant access.

Completed purchases are generally final and are not refundable for accidental purchases, change of mind, or unused access. Unused AI credits and attempts expire on the expiration date shown in the Billing page and are not converted to cash or extended solely because they were unused.

This general policy does not remove remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Duplicate charges, a confirmed payment that did not activate the purchased product, an incorrect product grant, or a materially unavailable paid service may be reported to support for investigation and correction. LikhaDocs aims to resolve ordinary payment and access complaints within 7 calendar days after receiving the information needed to verify the issue.

Payment history in the Billing page is an account record. It should not be treated as an official tax invoice or receipt unless it is expressly identified as one and contains the legally required information. Electronic invoice or receipt delivery may be added in a future release.

You retain ownership of the original material you submit. You grant LikhaDocs a limited permission to store, copy, validate, process, transform, and transmit that material only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, create the requested report, provide sharing features, maintain security, and comply with law.

You are responsible for having permission to submit names, email addresses, company documents, school templates, photographs, logos, report samples, confidential workplace information, and information about group members, supervisors, employees, or other people. Do not upload material that you are prohibited from sharing.

Deleting a report removes the user-managed report record and its associated content according to the application’s deletion process. Some transaction, security, backup, or legally required records may remain for a limited or otherwise necessary period as described in the Privacy Policy.

Premium AI features may create or improve writing based on information you provide, uploaded documents, selected websites, weekly entries, and other report context. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, or fabricated content.

• Review names, dates, company facts, calculations, citations, and report requirements before submission.
• Do not assume AI output is original, plagiarism-free, or accepted by your institution.
• Do not use LikhaDocs to misrepresent work you did not perform or to violate academic-integrity rules.
• Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive, confidential, privileged, or restricted information.

You remain responsible for the final document and for following the policies of your school, employer, training institution, or other organisation.

When you send a weekly-report folder, LikhaDocs creates a transfer for the recipient you select. If the recipient accepts it, the recipient receives a separate editable copy. Changes to that accepted copy do not automatically update your original folder.

Removing or cleaning up a transfer record does not automatically delete a copy already accepted by the recipient. Verify the recipient’s email address and remove information that should not be shared before sending.

You must not use LikhaDocs to:

• break the law, facilitate fraud, harass another person, or infringe intellectual-property rights;
• upload malware, malicious files, stolen information, or content you are not authorised to process;
• bypass authentication, billing, plan limits, AI limits, upload checks, rate limits, or security controls;
• probe, scan, attack, scrape, or automate the service without written authorisation;
• resell accounts, credits, paid access, or generated services without permission;
• interfere with other users, infrastructure, providers, or payment operations; or
• use AI output to impersonate another person or intentionally deceive a school or organisation.

LikhaDocs may restrict a feature, suspend an account, or permanently ban access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, respond to payment fraud, comply with law, or preserve the service. Restrictions may apply to specific features or to the entire account.

When practical and legally permitted, support will explain the reason and available review process. Suspension does not automatically extend paid periods or expiring credits. Any legally required remedy will still apply.

Self-service account deletion is not currently available. A verified deletion or closure request may be sent to the privacy contact listed below. LikhaDocs may retain information required for transactions, disputes, security, tax, accounting, or legal obligations.

LikhaDocs may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security work, provider outages, internet failures, capacity limits, or events outside the operator’s reasonable control. Features may be improved, replaced, limited, or discontinued.

Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes that significantly reduce an active paid product when practicable. Third-party services such as Supabase, Vercel, Google, Gmail, and PayMongo may also change or suspend their services independently.

LikhaDocs is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, permanent file availability, school acceptance, or the accuracy of AI-generated content, extracted text, public website information, or third-party services.

You should keep independent copies of important source files and final documents. To the extent permitted by law, LikhaDocs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before filing a complaint with a court, regulator, or alternative-dispute body, please use the LikhaDocs support process by emailing the details and relevant payment or report information.

LikhaDocs aims to resolve ordinary complaints within 7 calendar days after filing, although verification or complex technical issues may require additional communication. This does not prevent you from exercising rights available under Philippine consumer, privacy, or other applicable laws.

LikhaDocs may revise these Terms to reflect service, legal, security, or business changes. The updated page will show a new version and effective date. When a new version is published, signed-in users who have not yet agreed to it will see a persistent reminder linking to the updated documents. The reminder does not prevent continued use of authenticated features and disappears after the current versions are recorded.
