1. Requests you can make

Subject to applicable law, you may ask LikhaDocs to help with:

  • confirming whether your personal information is processed;
  • providing access to or a copy of eligible personal information;
  • correcting inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • objecting to eligible processing or withdrawing consent where consent is the basis;
  • deleting, blocking, or restricting eligible information;
  • providing eligible information in a commonly used electronic format; or
  • reviewing another privacy concern or complaint.

Some requests may be limited when information must be retained for payment, accounting, fraud prevention, security, investigation, another person’s rights, or another lawful obligation.

2. How to send a request

Email the LikhaDocs privacy contact

kuyajp123@gmail.com

Include only the information needed to understand the request:

  • the email address connected to your LikhaDocs account;
  • the type of request;
  • the report, folder, payment, or record involved, when applicable; and
  • a clear description of what you want corrected, provided, restricted, or deleted.

Do not email your password, Google credentials, wallet PIN, MPIN, or complete payment credentials.

3. Identity verification

LikhaDocs may ask you to verify control of the account email or provide limited additional information before disclosing, exporting, changing, or deleting account data. This protects users from fraudulent requests. Any verification material will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.

4. What happens next

LikhaDocs aims to acknowledge and review ordinary privacy requests and complaints within 7 calendar days after enough information is received to begin the review. Complex requests, identity questions, legal holds, or provider-assisted deletion may require additional time and communication.

The response will explain the action taken, any information still needed, or the lawful reason a request cannot be completed in full. You may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe your rights have been violated.
