Before you begin

  • Student, course, campus, supervisor, and submission details.
  • Verified company background, address, vision, mission, goals, and organisational information.
  • OJT dates, schedule, training place, total hours, department, facilities, equipment, and procedures.
  • At least one weekly journal entry describing real activities and accomplishments.
  • Your school’s Word template when the required format differs from the available default template.

AI is optional

Basic and Classic support a complete manual report workflow. Premium adds AI writing, source enhancement, and research tools.

Create and name the report

  1. 1

    Open Narrative Report Builder

Sign in and wait for the saved-report list to load.
  2. 2

    Select New Report

LikhaDocs creates a draft. Basic accounts can keep up to two narrative reports at one time.
  3. 3

    Enter a clear report title

Use a title that is easy to recognise in the Active Report list, then save your changes.

Complete the report sections

  1. 1

    Add Basic Info

Enter the student or group members, course, department, campus, submission date, and required officials.
  2. 2

    Complete Introduction details

Add OJT context, objectives, significance, dates, hours, place, and schedule.
  3. 3

    Add company information

Complete the Linkage section using verified text or, on Premium, an exact URL or PDF.
  4. 4

    Add workplace details

Describe department functions, organisational roles, facilities, equipment, and procedures.
  5. 5

    Describe the experience

Add Tasks Performed, Observed Strengths, and Problems Encountered.
  6. 6

    Add weekly entries

Write entries directly or import a Weekly Report folder. Choose the related student first for group reports.

Choose sources and a template

  1. 1

Add a sample report when useful

Premium users may upload a DOCX or PDF reference report to guide writing style.
  2. 2

    Choose the Narrative Template

Use the admin default template or upload a personal DOCX template with supported placeholders.
  3. 3

    Add supporting content

Save references, table-of-contents rows, figures, appendix pages, and appendix figures.
  4. 4

    Open Settings

Review Template Validation Settings and select only the sections required by this report.

Two different files

A reference report guides Premium AI writing. The Narrative Template is the DOCX file LikhaDocs fills and returns.

Review, generate, and download

  1. 1

    Open Review & Generate

Check selected sections, source choices, template status, usage balance, and missing-information messages.
  2. 2

    Resolve required information

Follow the missing-item links back to the related builder section.
  3. 3

    Prepare or generate

Basic and Classic prepare entered content. Premium contacts AI only when selected sections need it.
  4. 4

    Download the DOCX file

A successful export produces the Word document based on the selected template.

Finish in Microsoft Word

  • Check page breaks, margins, headings, indentation, tables, and image placement.
  • Complete or correct table-of-contents and figure page numbers after final pagination.
  • Verify names, dates, addresses, official statements, citations, and captions.
  • Apply school-specific signatures, approval pages, or formatting not controlled by the template.
