The builder workflow

The builder follows nine main steps: Basic Info, Introduction, Linkage, Training Area, Experience, Weekly Journal, Reference File, References & Appendices, and Review & Generate. You can move between sections and save the draft before everything is complete.

Typed and written content

Typed details

Names, titles, dates, campus details, and similar values are inserted from what you enter.

Writing sections

Basic and Classic use your written text. Premium can create selected Introduction, Objectives, Significance, and Summary sections.

Improved details

You provide the facts first. Premium may improve grammar, tone, flow, and formal wording without inventing unsupported facts.

Sources and supporting content

  • Company and workplace fields can use typed text on every plan.
  • Premium can read exact URLs and PDFs for selected source fields.
  • Weekly entries may be written directly or imported from a Weekly Report folder.
  • References, figures, appendices, and table rows are saved separately from AI-written narrative text.

Save, prepare, and generate

Save changes stores the current report information. Preparing or generating decides which selected sections are filled from typed content and which Premium sections contact AI. Downloading creates the DOCX file from saved and generated content.

Saving is not generating

You can save unfinished information repeatedly without spending an AI credit or attempt.
